Marketing and communications
I've loved helping emerging festivals and cultural organisations - including the Migration Matters Festival and music producer Concerteenies - grow audiences as their freelance marketing and communications manager. The fast pace and teamwork involved is right up my street.
Lecturing and marking
I've been an associate lecturer teaching journalism and sports journalism students at Sheffield Hallam University and Sheffield College. I have also marked journalism exams for other universities and acted as an industry expert.
Copywriting
Website text, brand tone-of-voice guidelines and tourism trails are all part of my copywriting experience.
